CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) \u2013 Adding multiple team and individual titles last week, Atlantic Coast Conference women\u2019s golf returns as teams look to close March on a high note this upcoming weekend.<\/p>\n

Five ACC teams added team titles last week, while four different ACC players earned medalist honors. The week was headlined by NC State\u2019s Marie Madsen\u2019s third individual title of the 2025-26 season, winning the City of Oaks Collegiate as the only player to finish under-par (214, -2). Madsen won the tournament by six strokes, as her second-round 68 was the lone score in the 60s in the tournament.<\/p>\n

Stanford registered its league-leading fourth team title last weekend, winning the Charles Schwab Collegiate Invitational in Fort Worth, Texas. In a field that featured 11 ranked teams, the Cardinal held on for the victory, beating No. 7 Oregon by three strokes.\u00a0It marked the second straight year Stanford has won the event.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the latest Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll (March 20), five ACC teams were ranked in the top 25, led by No. 1 Stanford, followed by Wake Forest (No. 9), Duke (No. 11), North Carolina (No. 12) and Florida State (No. 18). SMU is receiving votes.
\n\tSeven ACC standouts are ranked in the top 25 of the latest LPGA Collegiate Advancement Pathway (LCAP) Ranking powered by WAGR: No. 1 Megha Ganne (Stanford), No. 3 Kelly Xu (Stanford), No. 6 Megan Streicher (North Carolina), No. 9 Mackenzie Lee (SMU), No. 13 Andie Smith (Duke), No. 16 Emily Odwin (SMU) and No. 20 Anne-Sterre den Dunnen (Wake Forest).
\n\tIncluding the fall portion of the 2025-26 season, ACC teams have won 25 team titles, while ACC players have won 20 individual titles. Stanford leads the way with five team titles, while NC State\u2019s Marie Madsen has claimed three medalist honors this season.
\n\tSeven ACC women\u2019s golf standouts were named to the 2025-26 ANNIKA Award Presented by Stifel Final Fall Watch List, announced December 5. The list of 25 includes Stanford\u2019s Megha Ganne, Meja \u00d6rtengren, Andrea Revuelta and Paula Mart\u00edn Sampedro; Wake Forest\u2019s Morgan Ketchum and Chloe Kovelesky; and NC State\u2019s Marie Madsen.
\n\tFor the first time in program history, Florida State won the 2025 ACC Women\u2019s Golf Championship by defeating Wake Forest, 3-2, in the match play final at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.
\n\tA total of 12 ACC women\u2019s golf teams earned bids to the 2025 NCAA Regionals, tying for the most selections among all conferences and setting a new league record.
\n\tAfter three ACC teams (Stanford, Florida State and Virginia) advanced to match play at the 2025 NCAA Women\u2019s Golf Championship, Stanford reached the national final but fell to Northwestern, 3-2.
\n\tThe 2026 ACC Women\u2019s Golf Championship is scheduled for April 16-19 at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina.
