Case in point: unit 201 at 113 Dupont St., tucked inside the ultra-exclusive 113 Dupont Lofts<\/a>, has just seen its asking price slashed from $3,995,000<\/a> to $2,895,000<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Yes, that’s still\u00a0in “sell a kidney for the down payment”\u00a0territory. But this isn’t your average cookie-cutter condo.<\/p>\n

Each unit was designed to be completely unique, which means no two spaces are alike. And unit 201 definitely understood the assignment.<\/p>\n

Inside, the space is all about texture and contrast. Exposed brick walls bring warmth, while white oak herringbone floors add a level of polish that keeps things feeling elevated rather than raw. The lighting fixtures alone look like they belong in a design showroom.<\/p>\n
