189-suite hotel opens in Surrey health-tech district<\/p>\n

Monday, March 30, is opening day of a new all-suite hotel in Surrey\u2019s Health & Technology District, just north of Surrey Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n
Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey is advertised as an extended-stay hotel with home-like accommodations for professionals, patients\u2019 families and visitors, for both short visits and longer stays.<\/p>\n
ICT Group and Lark Group built the 189-suite property, operated by Aquilini Group in the top nine floors of City Centre 4 tower, 137 Street at 96 Avenue.<\/p>\n
The hotel features studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchens, a 6,000-square-foot rooftop space with BBQ areas and fire pits, complimentary hot breakfast, fitness centre, EV charging and pet-friendly accommodations.<\/p>\n
Guest reservations are done on hilton.com<\/a>, where a room on March 30 can be booked for $253; some suites are sold-out.<\/p>\n The City Centre 4 tower is also home to a ground-floor Stong\u2019s Market and Western Community College<\/a>. Due open later in 2026 is Maharaja restaurant, for Indian cuisine.<\/p>\n The opening of Homewood Suites by Hilton reflects \u201cthe continued growth and momentum of Surrey as a centre for healthcare, education and innovation,\u201d according to Kirk Fisher, CEO of Lark Group.<\/p>\n
