This was incorrect and we regret the error.<\/p>\n<p>Winspace OrangeSeal has confirmed that Polish rider Aurela Nerlo tested positive for the banned substance LGD-4033.<\/p>\n<p>The team released an official statement Monday, saying it is \u201cwith great disappointment\u201d that the positive result was confirmed. Winspace OrangeSeal emphasized its zero-tolerance policy towards doping while affirming respect for the athlete and the due process.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOut of respect for Aurela Nerlo and the ongoing procedure, we will refrain from further comment until the investigation is complete,\u201d the statement read in French.<\/p>\n<p>LGD-4033, also known as ligandrol, is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency.<br \/>Earlier this year, Nerlo had her biggest result of her career, finishing second at the at <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingmagazine.ca\/sections\/news\/kiara-lylyk-on-a-terrific-opening-classics-weekend\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Omloop Het Nieuwsblad<\/a>. She also finished fifth at both the road and time trial Polish national championships.<\/p>\n<p>The team encouraged fans and the public to consult their full statement available on their official channels for more details.
