On March 19, Quebec issued a total of 2,522 invitations to apply for permanent selection through the province\u2019s Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ).<\/p>\n

\n*Demonstrated a French-language proficiency of level 7 or higher in both oral skills and level 5 or higher in both written skills (per Quebec\u2019s Scale of French Proficiency Levels<\/a> or its equivalent);<\/p>\n
\n*Completed a one-year, full-time study program and received a qualifying credential (in Quebec); and<\/p>\n
\n*Had at least 24 months\u2019 worth of work experience in their primary occupation in the last five years (12 months in Quebec);
\n*Demonstrated a French- language proficiency of level 5 or higher in both oral skills (per Quebec\u2019s Scale of French Proficiency Levels<\/a> or its equivalent)<\/p>\n
\n*Have completed schooling equivalent to Quebec high school diploma, a two-year, full-time (general) post-secondary study program, or a one-year, full-time study program that provides a qualifying credential; and<\/p>\n
