Note that during the pre-order period, Samsung offers a free storage upgrade in some regions. How does that sound to you?

Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy A57 has a slimmer and lighter frame (6.9mm, 179g vs. 7.4mm, 198g) with better water resistance (IP68 vs. IP67). The bezels around the 6.7” 120Hz 1080p+ display are slimmer (the phone is shorter and narrower by 0.7mm), but the display seems the same otherwise.

The Galaxy A57 is thinner and lighter than its predecessor

The Galaxy A37 shares a lot with the A36. It still uses a plastic frame with the same thickness and weight (7.4mm, 196g), though it too received an IP68 rating. Looking at things this way, the list of improvements is longer – the display is bigger (by 0.1”) and brighter, the battery has faster 45W charging (up from 25W) and both phones are slimmer and lighter than their 2024 counterparts.

Still, though, for this kind of cash you can have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (OnePlus 15R) or a Snapdragon 8 Elite (Poco F8 Pro).
