1 man dead after shots fired in Surrey<\/p>\n

One man is dead in Surrey after a shots fired incident on March 28.<\/p>\n
Surrey Police Service (SPS) officers say they responded to reports of shots fired in the 15100 block of 60 Ave, Surrey at approximately 6:40 p.m. on March 28.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, SPS officers say they located a man apparently suffering from gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n
BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) also attended the scene.<\/p>\n
Despite life saving efforts the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n
SPS shares that the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has now taken over conduct of this homicide investigation and is working with SPS to complete priority investigative tasks.<\/p>\n
