{"id":569385,"date":"2026-03-29T21:07:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-29T21:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/569385\/"},"modified":"2026-03-29T21:07:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T21:07:10","slug":"man-injured-in-altercation-in-montreal-north-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/569385\/","title":{"rendered":"Man injured in altercation in Montreal North home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 30-year-old woman was scheduled to appear Sunday in court in connection with an altercation in a Montreal North residence in which a 56-year-old man was injured.<\/p>\n<p>Montreal police were called to the residence on Chartrand St., near L\u00e9ger Blvd., at about 9 p.m. According to police, the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to the upper body, possibly caused by a sharp object.<\/p>\n<p>Police said both the man and the woman, who are a couple, were initially arrested.
