Every year the winner gets their name on the plague\u00a0with the year, so there\u00a0has\u00a0been a lot of people trying to find that on there,\u00a0which\u00a0has been really cool.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/indicator-big.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Tiedeman explained it is important for the team to have the cup tour the province because the Saskatchewan Roughriders is a provincial team. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe play out of Regina, but\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0just not Regina,\u201d he noted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s\u00a0so many other communities and I think what we see with the Riders is there\u2019s fans all over the place. Everyone bleeds\u00a0green in this province.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tiedeman mentioned bring the Grey Cup to La Ronge is particularly important to him because he was born and raised in the community. He\u2019s a Churchill Community High School graduate and began working for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s\u00a0awesome to bring it back home to La Ronge.
