A goal-line specialist, Streveler produced an impressive 41 rushing touchdowns in his CFL career. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Following a collegiate career with Minnesota and the University of South Dakota, Streveler made his first stint with the Blue Bombers in 2018 and 2019 before making an attempt at the NFL. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Streveler spent time with multiple franchises over the next few seasons, including making seven appearances with the Arizona Cardinals and two appearances with the New York Jets. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Streveler rejoined the Bombers for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, serving as a backup behind quarterback Zach Collaros. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Winnipeg Blue Bombers quarterback Chris Streveler officially announced his retirement on Sunday.
