Defenceman Jake Sanderson<\/a> will miss Tuesday\u2019s contest against the Florida Panthers<\/a> as he continues to work his way back from an upper-body injury.<\/p>\n Sanderson was originally injured on March 7 against the Seattle Kraken<\/a> and was given a timeline of week-to-week. <\/p>\n Per Postmedia\u2019s Bruce Garrioch, Sanderson, who has has been skating with the team, has yet to be cleared for contact. <\/p>\n The 23-year-old has missed 11 straight games as the Senators are currently two points back of the Columbus Blue Jackets<\/a> for the last wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. <\/p>\n He has 11 goals and 48 points in 62 games this season while averaging 24:49 of ice time. <\/p>\n Toronto Maple Leafs<\/p>\n Forward Bo Groulx has been recalled from the AHL\u2019s Marlies on an emergency basis ahead of tonight\u2019s contest against the Anaheim Ducks<\/a>. <\/p>\n Groulx was recently sent down by the Maple Leafs after scoring three goals with five points in a nine-game stint. <\/p>\n With the Marlies this season, Groulx has 27 goals and 50 points in 55 games this season. <\/p>\n The 26-year-old was a second-round pick (54th overall) by Anaheim in 2018. He is coming off 19-save performance against the Florida on Saturday in a 5-2 win. <\/p>\n
