Shannen Doherty\u2019s estate finally reached a settlement with her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko nearly two years after the actress\u2019s death<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the photographer agreed to award the former \u201cCharmed\u201d actress\u2019s estate \u201cone-half the equity\u201d of their shared Dripping Springs, Texas, property.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the filing states Iswarienko, 51, consented to return Doherty\u2019s couch and coffee table from the residence, \u201cproduce an inventory of his photographic works\u201d that depict the \u201cBeverly Hills, 90210\u201d alum, and wire $25,000 to her estate for her interest in a Mooney M-20 airplane.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Doherty\u2019s estate has to return Iswarienko\u2019s belongings, such as his guitars and a Garrard stereo record player.<\/p>\n

In January, Page Six reported that Iswarienko sought to block the court\u2019s ruling<\/a> for a substitution of a trustee in his ex-wife\u2019s trust. <\/p>\n

Per docs obtained by Page Six at the time, Iswarienko cited\u00a0Doherty\u2019s 2024 death\u00a0and\u00a0their divorce<\/a>\u00a0as the reason why the court \u201clacks jurisdiction\u201d in the matter.<\/p>\n

He also claimed that his ex\u2019s estate trustee, Christopher Cortazzo, has not adequately shown that he has been granted the authority by the trust to introduce the motion to the court in the first place.<\/p>\n

Two months prior, Cortazzo filed documents seeking to become the successor in interest to the \u201cHeathers\u201d actress\u2019s estate in order to push the judgement between her and Iswarienko.<\/p>\n

Cortazzo accused Doherty\u2019s ex-husband of not following through on their 2024 divorce agreement in which he agreed to list their shared $1.5 million home in Dripping Springs.<\/p>\n

Doherty\u2019s estate also claimed Iswarienko failed to return the actress\u2019s property and he withheld over $50,000 that he allegedly owed them.<\/p>\n

Sources told Page Six that Hollywood attorney Laura Wasser worked tirelessly in the week before the Doherty\u2019s death to\u00a0ensure her divorce from Iswarienko would be filed and finalized<\/a>.<\/p>\n
