Being an actor is sometimes a complicated thing. And being one and dating another person in the same field? Doubly complicated. Particularly when your partner has to act out romantic scenes with someone else. On the one hand, that\u2019s their job. On the other hand, how could it not be uncomfortable? New reports indicate Ashton Kutcher<\/a> might be feeling exactly this about his wife, Mila Kunis<\/a>\u2019 last co-star.<\/p>\n

Insiders told\u00a0InTouch Weekly<\/a>\u00a0that Kutcher isn\u2019t totally comfortable with Kunis staying in touch with former\u00a0Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery\u00a0co-star, Josh O\u2019Connor.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Kunis and O\u2019Connor] have real chemistry, the kind you can\u2019t fake. You don\u2019t really see it in the movie but you totally see it whenever they\u2019re in the same room, and during the entire press tour,\u201d an insider said. \u201cMila working in big Hollywood movies is important to him and something he wants to model for their kids. But Ashton needs to be realistic. Of course, you\u2019re going to make new friends and hit it off with new co-stars.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, the source also said that O\u2019Connor is a \u201csafe guy\u201d for Kunis to \u201cflirt with,\u201d because he is in a \u201cserious long-term relationship\u201d with actress\u00a0Alison Oliver.<\/p>\n

So, basically, nothing to see. Just two co-stars getting along.<\/p>\n

Kutche<\/a>r is still reportedly not happy, but he\u2019s trying not to make a big deal about it. \u201cHe\u2019s [also] on his best behavior because he desperately wants to be the next James Bond or at least a finalist.\u201d<\/p>\n

The James Bond thing is considered to be a long shot, as Bond has never been portrayed by an American actor before.<\/p>\n

Kutcher and Kunis have mostly kept a low profile in Hollywood after the fallout from their controversial support of former co-star Danny Masterson<\/a>, who was convicted to 30 years in prison for rape. Masterson\u00a0was accused in March 2017 of raping three women in separate incidents between 2001 and 2003 when\u00a0That 70\u2019s Show<\/a>\u00a0was still on air.<\/p>\n

Kunis and Kutcher both wrote letters of support to the judge asking for leniency for Masterson. Later, the two apologized on Instagram for the \u201cpain\u201d caused by their support of Danny Masterson, a \u201cperson they knew for 25 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the apology, they said, \u201cThe letters were not written to question the legitimacy of the judicial system or the validity of the jury\u2019s ruling,\u201d and \u201cThey were intended for the judge to read and not to undermine the testimony of the victims or retraumatize them in any way. We would never want to do that. We\u2019re sorry if that has been the case.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kutcher then\u00a0stepped down as chairman of the board at the anti-child sex abuse organization he started with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, in 2012.<\/p>\n

Kutcher and Kunis<\/a> met on the set of That 70s Show. Kutcher played one of the main characters, Michael Kelso, while\u00a0Mila Kunis<\/a>\u00a0played Jackie Burkhart, another central character. Kelso and Jackie were in an on-again, off-again relationship throughout the series.
