Despite the warning, the organization continues to focus on its core mission, delivering meals to those who need them most. Jones said demand has remained steady at a high level.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, we\u2019ve been averaging over 650 meals a month.\u201d<\/p>\n

Community support continues to play a vital role in keeping the service running. Recent donations have included a contribution from the City of Airdrie Social Club.<\/p>\n

Seasonal fundraising efforts have also helped bolster resources. A recent virtual campaign allowed residents to support the organization by decorating a digital Christmas tree online.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople just bought decorations and decorated the Christmas tree that way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jones said that with continued community support, the organization can keep up with demand and maintain its services.<\/p>\n

“Little by little, we\u2019re just keep on trucking, keeping those wheels turning.\u201d<\/p>\n
