A baker from Brampton is planning an exotic trip and is donating funds to local charities after winning a $100,000 lottery prize.<\/p>\n

Ravinder Arora has been playing lottery games using the OLG app for the last five years, saying he never misses a Lotto Max draw.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water and noticed an email on my phone that said, \u2018Big Winner,\u2019\u201d Arora said of his recent win.<\/p>\n

\u201cI immediately logged into the OLG app to see my prize. When I saw I won $100,000, I was so happy and excited. I woke up my wife to tell her the wonderful news.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arora matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the Feb. 27 Lotto Max draw, winning $100,000.<\/p>\n

Ravinder said he was in a state of disbelief and shock after the win, and says he plans to use some of the money for a trip to Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

He also wants to donate to local food banks and charities, and save the rest \u201cfor a rainy day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Encore offers 22 ways to win and can be played with most lottery games for an extra $1. The OLG says it supports safe play and responsible gambling through its PlaySmart program<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The winning ticket was purchased on OLG.ca.<\/p>\n
