In his arrest affidavit \u2014 which was obtained by TMZ<\/a> and ESPN on Tuesday<\/a> \u2014 police said that they found two loose, white pills inside Woods\u2019 left pants pocket during a search after the crash.<\/p>\n

The pills were marked \u201cM367\u201d and revealed to be hydrocodone<\/a> \u2014 a powerful, semi-synthetic opioid used to treat severe pain.<\/p>\n

During the investigation, Woods was asked if he takes any prescription medication, to which he replied, \u201cI take a few.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 50-year-old golf legend also admitted that he had taken that medication earlier in the morning.<\/p>\n

A Martin County Sheriff deputy reported in the affidavit that Woods had \u201cbloodshot and glassy\u201d eyes and \u201cextremely dilated\u201d pupils.<\/p>\n

He also was \u201clethargic and slow\u201d and \u201csweating profusely\u201d after the crash, the affidavit said.<\/p>\n

While the 15-time major champion agreed to take field sobriety tests, he appeared to be favouring an injured leg \u2013 he was wearing a compression sock over his right knee \u2013 and was \u201climping and stumbling to the right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Woods explained that it was due to his seven back surgeries and more than 20 operations on his leg.<\/p>\n

What was Woods doing before the crash?<\/p>\n

The document also states that Woods told police he was distracted just before the crash, admitting to looking down at his phone and changing the radio station when his clipped a truck with his Land Rover and rolled the SUV onto its side.<\/p>\n

Woods told investigators that he didn\u2019t realize the truck in front of him had slowed down.<\/p>\n

Woods has been charged with DUI and property damage<\/a> following the rollover in Jupiter, Fla., last Friday. No one was injured in the incident.<\/p>\n

According to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek, Woods was driving behind a pressure cleaning truck and the golfer attempted to pass the truck at a high speed and swerved to try to avoid a collision, but clipped the back end of the truck\u2019s trailer, listing to the side before rolling onto the driver side of his Land Rover SUV.<\/p>\n

One of the big questions coming out of the incident is why Woods, given his history and financial means, doesn\u2019t have a personal driving service.<\/p>\n

People magazine reported on Sunday<\/a> that the golfer has refused to hire a driver due to privacy concerns.<\/p>\n

An insider told the outlet that Woods \u201cdoesn\u2019t want anyone to watch over him or know what he is doing,\u201d adding the golfer \u201cthinks he is fine to drive.\u201d<\/p>\n
