A large marble throne with a golden toilet has been placed on the National Mall in Washington DC as a critique of US President Donald Trump’s renovations to the White House. A plaque on each side of the structure reads “A throne fit for a king”. The installation is the latest in a series of protest artworks in the DC area targeting the president and his administration.<\/p>\n
During his year back in office, the president has commissioned extensive renovations at the White House.<\/p>\n
