More Transit options are on the way for Winnipeggers to accommodate busy routes.<\/p>\n
The spring schedule change will address some of the gaps in late-night service and add additional capacity to some of the busier routes in the City beginning on Sunday, April 12, 2026. The changes come based on feedback from Winnipeggers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is how we make the system better, by listening to riders and making adjustments where they\u2019re needed,\u201d said Mayor Scott Gillingham in a news release. \u201cWe\u2019ve heard the feedback, and these changes reflect what people are telling us. We\u2019re going to keep improving the service so it\u2019s more reliable, more convenient, and works better for riders.\u201d<\/p>\n
Part of the most recent budget update includes the approval City Council made for longer late-night hours on 10 routes in the City.\u00a0<\/p>\n
When the spring schedule launches on April 12, riders will be able to take the following routes after midnight:<\/p>\n
Along with the changes, additional trips will be made on the following routes:<\/p>\n
Route 557<\/a>, which serves South Osborne, Southdale, Island Lakes, and Sage Creek.
Fewer trips will run on\u00a0FX3 (Regent \u2013 Grant)<\/a>\u00a0buses east of Kildonan Place and\u00a0FX4 (Gateway \u2013 Portage)<\/a>\u00a0buses north of McLeod Avenue. \n\tOn\u00a0Route 74<\/a>\u00a0buses will be added between CF Polo Park and Old Commonwealth Path only.

\n\tOn\u00a0Route 676<\/a>\u00a0from St. Vital Centre to Bridgwater Centre and from St. Vital Centre to Creek Bend Road.
