THE POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE OFF WHITE AVENUE. MEMBERS OF PAOLA AND THE KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE CELEBRATING THIS NEW ADDITION.
