\n\tIt\u2019s been four long years since Olivia Rodrigo<\/a> released a new album, but the wait for OR3 is over. You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So in Love, her third LP, will arrive on June 12 via Geffen Records.<\/p>\n

\n\tMost notably, the album is not a four-letter title as fans expected, after her 2021 debut, Sour<\/a>, and 2023\u2019s Guts<\/a>. In her newsletter<\/a>, she wrote, \u201cNo matter how hard I try to write love songs they always come out laced with a little melancholy. I am so proud of this record and I can\u2019t wait for you to hear it.\u201d It\u2019s available for preorder now<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tLike her first two albums, Rodrigo recorded You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So in Love with her producer, Dan Nigro. The news arrives after months of Rodrigo teasing new music<\/a>, most recently a cryptic hotline<\/a>\u00a0message that alluded to this year\u2019s pink moon, which occurred on April 2. \u201cTrust your intuition,\u201d the message read. \u201cExpect true clarity and renewal just after the pink moon.
