Tom Brady, a man who has famously eaten exactly one strawberry<\/a> in his life, now says his diet isn\u2019t actually as restrictive as we all think it is. For instance, now that Brady is repping the chocolate brand Ferrero<\/a>, he\u2019s eating chocolate bars in commercials.<\/p>\n \u201cI think it\u2019s moderation in all things,\u201d Brady said in a CNBC i<\/a>nterview on Tuesday. \u201cPeople have gone kinda overboard with the rigidity of my lifestyle or diet.\u201d He added that he has kids and they celebrate Halloween and birthday parties like a normal family, but he tries to make healthy choices as often as possible. \u201cBut when you\u2019re watching football games and you\u2019re at games, you\u2019re traveling and you\u2019re in airports, I understand the reality of life as well.\u201d<\/p>\n One can be forgiven for being surprised. Earlier reporting has indicated that Brady abstains from<\/a> white sugar, white flour, MSG, coffee, caffeine, olive oil, iodized salt, fungus, dairy, and nightshade vegetables. The last time I can recall seeing this man consume sugar was in an oddly sensual social media ad<\/a> for a brand of non-GMO and reduced-sugar candy called Unreal Candy.
