{"id":580862,"date":"2026-04-04T03:01:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-04T03:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/580862\/"},"modified":"2026-04-04T03:01:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-04T03:01:13","slug":"bc-ferries-vessel-sailing-between-vancouver-victoria-returns-to-service-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/580862\/","title":{"rendered":"BC Ferries vessel sailing between Vancouver, Victoria returns to service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>              BC Ferries vessel sailing between Vancouver, Victoria returns to service<\/p>\n<p class=\"pubStamp\">Published 2:41 pm Friday, April 3, 2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"author\">\n                    By Peninsula News Review Staff\n                                      <\/p>\n<p>A BC Ferries vessel previously out of service will hit the water again today to help manage an onslaught of passengers this Easter.<\/p>\n<p>In a news release, BC Ferries said the starboard generator issue affecting the Spirit of Vancouver Island, which runs the Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen, has been repaired.<\/p>\n<p>The Vancouver-Victoria vessel will return to service April 3, providing additional sailings to support travel over the Easter long weekend.<\/p>\n<p>This comes just one day after B.C.
