This afternoon, a new episode of the PGA Tour\u2019s \u201cThe Life\u201d series will focus on Akshay Bhatia, following him at home in Jupiter, Florida. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to bring fans closer than ever to Akshay Bhatia at a pivotal moment in his career,\u201d said<\/a> Michael Riceman, the PGA tour\u2019s senior vice president of content and production.<\/p>\n

Also set to feature in the program is Bhatia\u2019s wife Presleigh Schultz (now Presleigh Bhatia). \u201cShe has been through it all with me. She had no idea what golf was when I met her. Now she travels every week with me, and it is not easy because it is all about me 100% of the time,\u201d Akshay said<\/a> in 2023. \u201cFor her to support me every week and walk 72 holes, I couldn\u2019t imagine my life without her and being on this journey without her. She has done a lot for me… She has seen me cry in the hotel room and seen me super happy. For her to see me here, she always keep telling me how good I am, even if I question myself sometimes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what to know about Presleigh:<\/p>\n

She\u2019s from Lucedale, Mississippi.<\/p>\n

Presleigh, born on February 13, 2002, has four brothers. According to her Facebook<\/a>, she went to George County High School, and graduated<\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n

She participated in the Miss Magnolia State pageant, according to their Facebook<\/a>, and was her school\u2019s homecoming queen:<\/p>\n

Akshay and Presleigh tied the knot in December 2025.<\/p>\n

They met in 2021, after Akshay DM\u2019d Presleigh on Instagram, and got engaged in 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Bahamas holds a special place in our hearts,\u201d Presleigh said<\/a> of their wedding destination. \u201cIt\u2019s where Akshay earned his first professional win, and I was there caddying for him.\u201d<\/p>\n
