article font size<\/p>\n<p>A Conservative MP is calling on Identity and Culture Minister Steven Guilbeault to apologize to American Christian rocker and missionary <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/tag\/sean-feucht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Sean Feucht<\/a> after <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/news\/11298841\/sean-feucht-maga-parks-canada-york-redoubt-nova-scotia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the permits for recent concerts in venues overseen by Parks Canada were revoked<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/70c8fc80.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;width:1px;height:1px\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Marilyn Gladu, the Opposition critic for civil liberties, says in a letter dated Friday that denying the permits did not \u201cpreserve the principle of inclusion\u201d but had the opposite effect in excluding Feucht and many Canadians who had planned to attend the events.<\/p>\n<p>Feucht at the White House.<\/p>\n<p>Feucht ran unsuccessfully as a Republican candidate for Congress in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Gladu says in her letter that regardless of whether you agree or not with Feucht\u2019s views, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees freedom of expression in Canada.<\/p>\n<p>A number of concerts planned in various parts of Canada were cancelled abruptly, with Feucht having to
