Shooting Star Amusements is back in Surrey for the annual Vaisakhi parade.<\/p>\n
The fun starts Friday, April 10 at Gurdwara Dashmesh Darbar Sahib (12885 85 Ave.) from 1 to 10 p.m., with 12 to 14 rides activated for 10 full days at the site in Newton, until Sunday, April 19.<\/p>\n
Rides include Ferris wheel, Spider, Sizzler, Tornado, Zero Gravity, bumber cars, Atlantis and others, according to Justin Wagner, who has brought amusement rides to Surrey\u2019s Vaisakhi event every year since the late-1990s.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s one of our busiest events of the year, over two weekends,\u201d he said Monday.<\/p>\n
An all-day ride pass is $30, or $4 per ride. Tickets and wristbands will be available onsite.<\/p>\n
