Freshman <a href=\"https:\/\/uclabruins.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/kacey-ly\/15250\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15250\" target=\"_blank\">Kacey Ly<\/a> (-8) leads a group of four UCLA golfers within the top-20, sitting in a tie for second place in the field of 91. Ly carded the lowest 18-hole score of her young career in round two with a 6-under 66. She recorded an eagle on the par-5 10th hole in each of her two rounds.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLy, who has three fourth-place finishes under her belt already this spring, trails Oklahoma State&#8217;s Marta Silchenko (-9) by one stroke.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSophomore <a href=\"https:\/\/uclabruins.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/jen-lee\/15249\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15249\" target=\"_blank\">Jen Lee<\/a> (-4) is also situated in the top-10, tying for ninth after the first 36 holes. She closed out round one with back-to-back birdies on Nos. 17 and 18 to get to under par at 1-under, 71. Lee then recorded a stretch of three straight birdies on Nos. 5-7 in round two.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFreshman GaEun Athena (-3), making her third collegiate start, is tied for 12th with back-to-back under-par scores of 70-71. She entered the tournament with only one under-par round this season, coming in her first career round at the Pan Pacific University Super League Tournament in September 2025.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSenior <a href=\"https:\/\/uclabruins.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/meghan-royal\/15247\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15247\" target=\"_blank\">Meghan Royal<\/a> (-2) is tied for 14th with two solid rounds of 70-72.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUCLA Day 1 Individual Leaderboard<br \/>\nT-2.
