Young & Restless fans have been buzzing about Malcolm\u2019s latest return, particularly because it involves a past girlfriend. As it turns out, the latest episode may have teased viewers with a huge clue as to what\u2019s about to go down. <\/p>\n

Soaps have a way of dropping hints, some more subtle than others, as to what\u2019s going to happen down the road. Young & Restless, being no exception, just aired a scene that totally confirmed our sneaking suspcions about the reason for Malcolm and Stephanie\u2019s upcoming return.

The latest spoilers added even more intrigue with talk of Malcolm harboring a secret<\/a>. But from whom? We\u2019re gonna go ahead and guess that he\u2019s hiding something from his daughter, Lily. If our hunch is correct, it\u2019s kinda life-changing and will add another shocking chapter to Malcolm\u2019s often complicated history<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So what was the scene that \u201call but confirmed\u201d the reason for Malcolm\u2019s return? Why it was the t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate between Lily and Holden toward the end of Monday\u2019s episode<\/a>. \u201cWhat on earth?\u201d you might be thinking, \u201cDoes Holden warning Lily about Cane have to do with Malcolm?\u201d Well, we\u2019ll tell ya\u2019.

In their conversation, Holden was looking out for Lily. He warned her that Cane had been spurred to vindictiveness and that he and Victor were on a collision course.
