C\u00e9line Dion\u2019s heart will go on in Paris \u2013 and so will her shows.<\/p>\n

The Quebec pop icon says she\u2019s adding six additional dates to her comeback run in the French capital.<\/p>\n

Last week, Dion announced her return to the stage with a 10-show run in Paris this September, following a prolonged break after being diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, an incurable autoimmune disorder.<\/p>\n

In an emotional Instagram video, the 58-year-old singer said she\u2019s been feeling well as she manages her health and is ready to return to performing.<\/p>\n

In addition to her 10 original dates, Dion shared in an Instagram story that she\u2019s adding more shows at Paris La D\u00e9fense Arena throughout late September and October.<\/p>\n

In her video message, Dion said she has missed her fans, crediting them with helping her get through the past few years.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day that\u2019s gone by I\u2019ve felt your prayers and support and kindness and love,\u201d she said. \u201cEven in my most difficult times, you were there for me. You\u2019ve helped me in ways that I can\u2019t even describe and I\u2019m truly so fortunate to have your support. I\u2019ve missed you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added in the clip \u2013 which she jokingly described as a \u201csurprise\u201d birthday message to herself \u2013 that she\u2019s \u201cso ready to do this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dion was diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome in 2022, a progressive illness that can cause muscle rigidity and severe spasms, and can also affect the vocal cords.
