In just over 12 hours, the page titled \u201cChange Varsho\u2019s Walk-Up Song to Save the Season\u201d had already garnered a couple hundred signatures.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Blue Jays season is off to a rough start. One song might be behind all the problems \u2014 Daulton Varsho\u2019s walk-up song, Ordinary,\u201d the petition says. \u201cIt simply does not have the right vibe for #BlueJays50 and our return to the World Series.\u201d<\/p>\n What are fans saying?<\/p>\n \u201cGood song for walking in the rain crying about this season; bad song to lock in before an at bat with (Dodgers ace Yoshinobu) Yamamoto tossing heat,\u201d one fan wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel like a deflated balloon when I hear that song come on,\u201d another posted.<\/p>\n \u201cThis song is about as exciting as the breakfast hour at an old folks home. Gotta switch it up,\u201d a third wrote.<\/p>\n Advertisement 3<\/p>\n This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below.<\/p>\n Article content<\/p>\n One user on Reddit posted<\/a> about how he felt the team\u2019s momentum come to a halt on Tuesday night when Ordinary played at the Rogers Centre.<\/p>\n \u201cSpringer hit his RBI double last night to bring us within 2, place was going bananas on 77 cent dog night, hype music blaring, then all the momentum screeched to a halt because of this terrible walk-up song,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n RECOMMENDED VIDEO We apologize, but this video has failed to load.<\/p>\n Play VideoHow has Varsho been playing?<\/p>\n Varsho is among many members of the Blue Jays lineup to start the season off slowly.<\/p>\n Heading into Wednesday\u2019s matinee game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Varsho had just six hits in 40 at-bats for a batting average of .171<\/a>.
