As far as the talent goes, the 1, 4, and 5 seeds all made the quarterfinals. Both Stuttgart and Rouen are on the horizon for the WTA Tour, and the French Open will be here before too long. Let’s take a look at the three available quarterfinal matches for betting and find out if there’s any money to be made.

WTA Linz
Potapova – Tagger: Time 07:00

H2H: 0-0

Anastasia Potapova will meet Lilli Tagger for a spot in the semifinals. Tagger has been having a solid year thus far, which includes a lower-level tournament title at ITF Fujairah. She also followed that title up with a final loss at WTA Mumbai, but this is her first clay tournament of the year. Potapova is not only a former winner here, but she’s also made the quarterfinals for the last four years straight, winning the whole tournament in 2023.

Best Bet to Make

Potapova might be the higher-ranked player, but she is not getting that benefit of the doubt in this match. Tagger is a consistent .25-point favorite in this match on nearly every book. While Tagger is favorite, I think there’s enough value to be had taking Potapova that I’m going to list it here. At 2.10 on Interwetten, taking Potapova straight up might give you the most solid return. If you’re up for a serious gamble, take a look at the correct score bet offerings.

That being said, Potapova straight up is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Potapova winning @2.10 @Interwetten

Ostapenko – Ruse: Time 04:00

H2H: 0-0

Jelena Ostapenko meets Elena Gabriela Ruse for the first time, and this might be the most interesting match on the card. I’m not saying it’s the best, I’m saying most interesting, if for no other reason than Ostapenko’s erratic play. This match feels like it should go Ostapenko’s way, and it’s certainly set up to achieve that. But any true tennis fan is going to realize that it’s true coin toss anytime Ostapenko takes the court, even against someone like Ruse.

Best Bet to Make

Ostapenko did win a fairly quality match en route to the quarterfinals at WTA Linz. Alexandra Eala is not an easy opponent, but Ostapenko managed to achieve the win, despite having to claw tooth and nail to advance. There is a scenario where Ruse does win this match, as she’s fairly good on clay. Regardless, I’m going to afford the benefit of the doubt to Ostapenko one time this season, and we’ll see if she makes a fool of me or delivers.

That being said, Ostapenko winning 2:0 is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Ostapenko winning 2:0 @2.38 @Bet365

Andreeva – Cirstea: Time 05:30

H2H: 0-0

Mirra Andreeva might be the most disappointing No. 1 seed in 2026. She got off to a great start, winning WTA Adelaide. Since then she’s made two quarterfinals counting Linz. The other quarterfinal was Dubai. Poor form are probably the best two words to describe Andreeva. Sorana-Mihaela Cirstea is significantly more accomplished on European clay than Andreeva. In fact, she’s won more than double the total amount of matches that Andreeva has played on clay in her entire career. She’s also lost more than Andreeva has played.

Best Bet to Make

Andreeva has a title, but so does Cirstea and hers was a bit more recent. Cirstea has also been a bit more consistent than Andreeva. Given the poor run of form in which Andreeva finds herself, taking Cirstea +1.5 sets at 1.85 on Unibet is probably the smart move here. Even if she does lose to Andreeva, she should be able to keep it within the spread.

That being said, Cirstea covering a +1.5 sets spread is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Cirstea +1.5 sets @1.85 @Unibet

Main Photo Credit: Susan Mullane-Imagn Images

The quarterfinals at WTA Linz are about to get underway, and LWOS is back with more best bets.…

[442
225987,149698,41041,49,48,185776,58991,118315,30435,177033,82,593,4306,223626
0":"post-595209","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-tennis","8":"tag-2026-wta-linz","9":"tag-anastasia-potapova","10":"tag-best-bets","11":"tag-ca","12":"tag-canada","13":"tag-elena-gabriela-ruse","14":"tag-jelena-ostapenko","15":"tag-lilli-tagger","16":"tag-mirra-andreeva","17":"tag-sorana-mihaela-cirstea","18":"tag-sports","19":"tag-tennis","20":"tag-wta","21":"tag-wta-linz
["GET
