Kelly Rutherford<\/a> is addressing former Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively<\/a>\u2018s legal drama.<\/p>\n

For over a year and a half now, Blake, 38, has been in a nasty legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star\/director Justin Baldoni. Things took a dramatic turn last week when a judge tossed out 10 out of 13 claims<\/a> Blake made against Justin, 42, including her sexual harassment claim.<\/p>\n

While promoting her new Veronique Gabai fragrance, Rose Premi\u00e8re by Kelly Rutherford, in a new interview, Kelly, 57, was asked about Blake\u2018s case.<\/p>\n

Keep reading to find out more\u2026\u201cI don\u2019t know that much about it, to be honest,\u201d Kelly told The Daily Mail<\/a>, admitting that she has not been following the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know it\u2019s in the news,\u201d she continued. \u201cI just don\u2019t know that much about it, you know.\u201d<\/p>\n

If you forgot, Kelly played Lily, the mother of Blake\u2018s character Serena Van Der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, which ran on The CW for six seasons from 2007 until December 2012.<\/p>\n

Also in the interview, Kelly said that she\u2019s stayed in touch with a few of her Gossip Girl co-stars over the years, including Ed Westwick and Taylor Momsen, but noted that \u201ceveryone\u2019s been busy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone\u2019s traveling or working or with their kids, so I think a lot of it is just that. Taylor Momsen, I keep in touch with here and there,\u201d Kelly said. \u201cIt\u2019s so great. I\u2019m so happy it worked out that way. And it\u2019s happy. I mean, I\u2019ve watched them grow up in a way too, to get married and have kids. It\u2019s beautiful to watch them all grow up.\u201d<\/p>\n
