Museum of Surrey (MOS) is opening applications for the\u00a0Community Treasures\u00a0exhibition series, for 2027.\u00a0Community Treasures\u00a0is a gallery space for community members, individuals, and cultural organizations from Surrey to showcase their treasures and share their stories with the public.
These temporary, submission-based exhibits give visitors an inside look into Surrey\u2019s unique stories and experiences \u2013 straight from you, the community. Visitors get to view items that would normally be unavailable to see elsewhere.
\u00a0Final selections are chosen by the Museum\u2019s Community Advisory Board. Members review in September and exhibits are scheduled for the following year.
\u00a0All Surrey residents are invited to read the\u00a0Community Treasures\u00a0guidebook\u00a0to learn more about application guidelines and send their submissions online\u00a0 or contacting the Exhibits Team on the\u00a0https:\/\/www.surrey.ca\/arts-culture\/museum-of-surrey\/visit-museum-of-surrey\/galleries-spaces\/community-treasures.
