No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson\u2019s disease \u201ca number of years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n
The musician shared the \u201cpersonal update\u201d with his Instagram followers<\/a> on Saturday, clarifying in the caption that he is \u201cdoing well.\u201d<\/p>\n The 58-year-old went into detail about his health issues in a video, filmed from his home.<\/p>\n No Doubt guitarist revealed his early-onset Parkinson\u2019s disease diagnosis on Saturday. tomdumontphoto\/instagram<\/p>\n The musician (pictured above in November 2012) was diagnosed \u201ca number of years ago.\u201d Getty Images for MTV<\/p>\n \u201cI went to my doctor, I went to a neurologist, did a whole bunch of tests, and I was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson\u2019s disease,\u201d he recalled in the upload. \u201cIt\u2019s been a struggle. It\u2019s a struggle every day.\u201d<\/p>\n Acknowledging the band\u2019s upcoming Las Vegas residency<\/a>, Dumont noted \u201cthe good news\u201d \u2014 he can \u201cstill play music.\u201d<\/p>\n He added, \u201cI can still play guitar.
