Braeden celebrated his 85th birthday<\/a> on April 3. The beloved soap star<\/a> used social media a few days later to showcase some impressive skills.<\/p>\n

Fans know that Braeden\u2019s all about working out and being healthy. In an Instagram share, Braeden posted a video of himself getting in a little boxing time outside.<\/p>\n

Dressed in black workout pants and a matching long-sleeve t-shirt, The Young and the Restless legend rocked black boxing gloves as he hit a heavy bag.<\/p>\n

It was brief, but it was all that was needed to see that Braeden still has some boxing skills and remains a force to be reckoned with on many levels.<\/p>\n

\u201c85 and going!\u201d he captioned the video.<\/p>\n

Several familiar faces from the soap world filled up the comments to gush over the legendary Braeden and his workout.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeast,\u201d wrote Days of Our Lives\u2019 Conner Floyd (Chad)<\/a>, while his co-star Greg Rikaart (Leo) called the video, \u201cAmazing! \ud83d\udca5\ud83d\udca5.\u201d Both men worked with Braeden on The Young and the Restless<\/a>. Floyd played Chance, while Rikaart played Kevin.<\/p>\n

The Young and the Restless alum Doug Davidson (Paul) <\/a>declared, \u201cJust be thankful<\/a> that it doesn\u2019t hit back! \ud83d\ude02 j\/k \ud83d\ude1d.\u201d Braeden\u2019s former co-star, The Bold and the Beautiful\u2019s Don Diamont (Bill), and his current co-star, Lauralee Bell (Christine), each left emojis<\/a> for the actor.<\/p>\n

Fans also got in on the action, commenting, \u201cGetting after it at 85 \ud83d\udc4a\u201d and \u201cYou truly are awesome!! \ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffb\ud83d\udcab.\u201d<\/p>\n

The post comes hot on the heels of Braeden suffering a health issue<\/a> that kept him from filming the hit CBS soap<\/a> for a few weeks. Braeden reassured fans that he was feeling just fine after a couple of weeks of rest and medicine.<\/p>\n

Despite the health scare, Braeden remains devoted to the CBS<\/a> soap. Braeden has stated more than once that retirement<\/a> isn\u2019t in the cards for him, and that\u2019s music<\/a> to fans’ ears.<\/p>\n
