\n\t\u201cBatgirl\u201d and \u201cOrange Is the New Black\u201d actor\u00a0Ruby Rose<\/a> alleged on Threads <\/a>that Katy Perry<\/a> \u201csexually assaulted\u201d her at a nightclub in Melbourne. Rose was responding to a post published by Complex that covered Perry\u2019s reaction to Justin Bieber\u2019s headlining set at the Coachella music festival. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cKaty Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a shit what she thinks,\u201d Rose wrote.<\/p>\n

\n\tA representative for Perry reacted to the claim in a statement to Variety that reads: \u201cThe allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies. Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tVariety has reached out to Rose\u2019s representative for additional comment.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Rose, the alleged incident occurred when she was in her twenties. She responded to one fan who asked for details by writing: \u201cShe didn\u2019t kiss me. She saw me \u2018resting\u2019 on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomited on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAfter it I threw up on her, I told the story publicly but changed it to be a \u2018funny little drunk story\u2019 because I didn\u2019t know how else to handle it,\u201d Rose responded to another fan. \u201cLater she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn\u2019t a good person. \u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI was only in my early 20s,\u201d Rose alleged. \u201cI\u2019m now 40. It has taken almost 2 decades to say this publicly. Though I am so grateful to have made it long enough to find my voice, it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes. Thank you for seeing me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRose also noted she\u2019s \u201cnot interested in filing a report\u201d about the incident and explained: \u201cYou don\u2019t need people to believe you, you just need to get it out of your poor body, before it gives you cancer.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPerry attended Coachella with her partner, Justin Trudeau. The duo were in attendance for Justin Bieber\u2019s April 11 headlining set, with Perry posting a video on social media in real time with her reaction to Bieber looking up YouTube videos on stage and singing along to them. She quipped: \u201cThank god he has Premium.
