Prior to that setback, \u201cJDM\u201d was on a tear \u2014 winning eight straight inside the Octagon and riding an 18-fight win streak overall, with notable victories over Belal Muhammad, Gilbert Burns (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/2024\/3\/9\/24095635\/full-fight-video-highlights-ufc-299-results-miami-ppv-espn-maddalena-knockout-burns\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">watch highlights<\/a>), Kevin Holland, and Randy Brown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">As for Prates (23-7), he\u2019s following a very similar trajectory \u2014 flattening everyone in his path.
