Ruby Rose has accused Katy Perry<\/a> of sexually assaulting her in a nightclub almost 20 years ago. Over the weekend, Rose responded on Threads<\/a> to a post about Perry reacting to Justin Bieber\u2019s Coachella set<\/a>, writing, \u201cKaty Perry sexual [sic] assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a shit what she thinks.\u201d A representative for Perry has denied the allegations.<\/p>\n

Rose, the actress and model best known for Orange Is the New Black and Batgirl, later went into further detail about the alleged incident, which she said took place in her early 20s. Rose claimed that Perry \u201csaw me \u2018resting\u2019 on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomitted on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a statement provided to The Cut, a representative for Perry said, \u201cThe allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies. Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rose later wrote that she was \u201cnot interested in filing a report over this\u201d but added that Perry was \u201cmore than welcome to sue me.\u201d The actress said she didn\u2019t think Perry would pursue legal action because \u201cit happened, I have photos and it was literally in public and witnessed by multiple people.\u201d Later, Rose wrote that she would be going to a police station to \u201csee if any of my experiences can be investigated.\u201d<\/p>\n
