Do Canadian elections or backroom deals determine our governance?<\/p>\n
The prime minister is thumbing his nose at the will of Canadians. If the floor-crossers had an ounce of integrity, they would run in byelections and allow riding constituents to either support or reject a change of party.<\/p>\n
At the end of the day, democracy \u2014 and our faith in our system \u2014 is seriously undermined by self-serving floor-crossers who claim to have integrity but whose actions might be construed otherwise.<\/p>\n

Is it any wonder that yet another Conservative MP has crossed the floor to the Liberal party that stands for everything that any real conservative should abhor?<\/p>\n
Canada is a bovine nation where the only principle, if it can be called that, is to stupidly wander over to where the grass appears to be greener and more munchable. Nothing else matters.<\/p>\n
The farm is going bankrupt and a great drought is on the horizon, but what do dairy cattle mooing among the thistles and cow flops care?<\/p>\n

With yet another traitorous MP crossing the floor, I wonder what happened to make common-sense politicians who cared for Canadians and our country do an about face to become members of one of the worst governments this country has ever seen?<\/p>\n
They all claim to have consulted or heard from constituents.\u00a0 Sorry, I don\u2019t buy it.\u00a0 If those voters wanted a Liberal, they would have voted in a Liberal to begin with. We no longer have a democracy, and if we did there would be byelections to allow voters to decide.<\/p>\n

We have a Liberal government in power like an authoritarian degenerative regime.<\/p>\n
All those phoney dancers doing the \u201cCommons Shuffle\u201d do not represent the constituents who elected them. Canada needs a new national election; make it this summer.<\/p>\n
It has been said, \u201cThe government you elect is the government you deserve.\u201d We elected these double-crossing MPs who are now giving us the middle finger. Stupid us. We never learn.<\/p>\n
