Toronto residents are being warned of heavy rains and a risk of thunderstorms on Tuesday, according to Environment Canada.<\/p>\n
The national weather agency issued a special weather statement for up to 20 millimetres of rain Tuesday morning, with higher amounts possible with thunderstorms. <\/p>\n
