Nicholas Gluckstein in an emailed statement sent to CBC News.<\/p>\n<p>A man was found at the scene with &#8220;traumatic injuries&#8221; and later pronounced dead, said Gluckstein. He said suspects ran off. <\/p>\n<p>The incident is believed to be targeted with no concerns for public safety, he said.
