In this role, Schwantz will lead Orion\u2019s Wealth Management Sales organization, overseeing strategic growth initiatives that support continued demand as advisory firms look to scale growth, expand capacity, and serve more households efficiently.<\/p>\n

\nPrior to joining Orion, Schwantz served as Chief Growth Officer at Luma Financial Technologies, where he led global sales, marketing, and client support & success for a rapidly scaling fintech firm for alternative investments. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at Advisor360, Morningstar, eMoney Advisor, and BNY Pershing, where he led large-scale transformations, built and scaled high-performing teams, and advanced solutions across the wealth management ecosystem.<\/p>\n
