23XI Racing proudly announced today that Boys & Girls Clubs of America will serve as the primary partner with Bubba Wallace and the No. 23 team for the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway. The commemorative Boys & Girls Clubs of America-branded racecar honors Wallace\u2019s upcoming induction into Boys & Girls Clubs of America\u2019s Alumni Hall of Fame. The race also marks Wallace\u2019s 300th career start in the Cup Series.<\/p>\n
Wallace, who grew up in the Charlotte area, was a Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County member, where he spent hours after school playing pool and basketball and cultivating his love of competition. Throughout his NASCAR career, Wallace has often given back by meeting and talking with Club kids at racetracks across the country. Additionally, 23XI has also visited with Club members and collaborated with partners to donate back-to-school supplies to Clubs near the team\u2019s headquarters in an effort to help grow the sport of NASCAR in new and underrepresented communities.<\/p>\n
Embracing the spirit of 23XI\u2019s \u201cForward Together\u201d motto, the No. 23 car will also feature several partners who are longtime and new supporters of Boys & Girls Clubs of America\u2019s mission. These companies \u2013 Xfinity, Hardee\u2019s, Toyota, Coca-Cola, and Carter\u2019s \u2013 also made contributions to Boys and Girls Clubs of America in honor of Wallace\u2019s induction into the Hall of Fame. Additionally, Toyota plans to make a donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for every lap led by Wallace during the Kansas race.<\/p>\n
