NASCAR Cup Series<\/a> star Tyler Reddick<\/a> could command a $7 millon salary at 23XI Racing after his red-hot start to 2026.<\/p>\n

That is according to a report from Sports Business Journal<\/a>, who have revealed that industry insiders have speculated that Reddick has created demand with his fine form, which could land him that seven-figure sum in contract negotiations with 23XI.<\/p>\n

NASCAR stopped making driver salaries public in 2016, so there is no publicly available data on Reddick’s current deal with the team. Outlets such as Front Office Sports<\/a> have claimed that Reddick earns $1.3 million per year, but where they got this figure from is unclear.<\/p>\n

What we do know, though, is that his current contract at 23XI expires this season, and that both he and the team are keen to get a new one over the line, particularly after winning four of the opening eight races this year, including the Daytona 500.<\/p>\n

What has Tyler Reddick said about 23XI contract negotiations?<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just really proud of where we are today and the progress we\u2019re making,” Reddick said in March after winning at COTA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“I want to be here; I love racing here at 23XI, and I\u2019m looking forward to getting all buttoned up so we can move on.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI love what Denny [Hamlin], Michael [Jordan] and Curtis [Polk], and all of the ownership group has built here. I wanted to be a part of it then, and I still want to be part of it now.<\/p>\n

“We\u2019ve been really building some great things. Obviously, 2025 was tough for all of us, but we have the right people here to turn it around, and we did a really good job of that this offseason.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Steve Lauletta, 23XI President, told SBJ that the team was \u201chaving the discussions we need to make sure the long term is how we all envision it, which is us moving forward collectively.\u201d<\/p>\n
