Region of Peel \u2013 Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are seeking the public\u2019s assistance in identifying suspects and a vehicle involved in a shooting in Mississauga.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, April 2, at approximately 9:24 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Aimco Boulevard and Dixie Road. No physical injuries were reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Investigators believe two male suspects, both wearing all-dark clothing and black bandanas covering their faces, exited a newer-model black Dodge Durango and discharged firearms multiple times toward a business before fleeing the area. The suspect vehicle was last seen travelling westbound on Aimco Boulevard.<\/p>\n

While the incident is believed to be targeted and isolated, residents and business owners in the area are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.<\/p>\n

Investigators are asking anyone who may have been in the area to review dashcam or security footage during the relevant timeframe and report any sightings of the suspect vehicle<\/p>\n
