Investigators are searching for a male suspect after a victim was sexually assaulted in a Brampton park.<\/p>\n
The incident happened on Thursday around 3 p.m. while a person was walking on a trail in the area of Loafer\u2019s Lake Park and Camden Park East.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when the victim was approached by an unknown male suspect \u201cwho grabbed them without provocation,\u201d police say.<\/p>\n
Police say the victim sustained minor injuries in the sex assault.<\/p>\n
The suspect is described as a Black male with a heavy build and a black beard. He is approximately 5\u20199\u201d tall and believed to be between 16 and 18 years of age.<\/p>\n
He was wearing a dark hoodie with a grey logo on the front and dark sweatpants, police say.<\/p>\n
Police have released an image of the suspect and say anyone with information is asked to contact investigators by calling 905-453-2121, ext. 2133.
