Brooke Hogan regrets being left out of her late father<\/a> Hulk Hogan\u2019s will \u2014 not for financial reasons \u2014 but because it leaves her with no say in how his legacy is carried on.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAbout Us\u201d singer exclusively spoke with Page Six on Friday while promoting her new wine brand, House of Stars, after her comments about Hulk\u2019s will were \u201ctwisted.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cI think everybody very clearly understands that I was my dad\u2019s protector and I loved him more than anything,\u201d Brooke said. \u201cThe reason why I regret it, is because I do not have a place now to get answers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooke, who previously expressed doubt about her father\u2019s cause of death<\/a>, explained that she isn\u2019t able to make \u201cany decisions\u201d about the pro wrestler\u2019s legacy. <\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t do anything to help my dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form, because the people that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare,\u201d she said, referring to her estranged family members.<\/p>\n

Brooke, 37, explained that at the time, she decided to remove herself from the will for her own \u201csanity\u201d and \u201csafety.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t think after the fact this is who was going to be in control,\u201d she said. \u201cThe people that I didn\u2019t trust are now all controlling it, and it\u2019s terrible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last year, Brooke confirmed that she wasn\u2019t surprised<\/a> her dad wrote her out of his will, with Nick being listed as the sole beneficiary of Hulk\u2019s estate and Hulk\u2019s\u00a0widow, Sky Daily<\/a>, listed as a surviving spouse.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis decision is no surprise to me,\u201d she told TMZ at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooke told Page Six that she regrets not taking the money and donating it all to charity or splitting it with her brother, with whom she is currently not on speaking terms. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not about money. It\u2019s about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way,\u201d she said. \u201cSo, you know, there\u2019s things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooke appeared on an episode of the\u00a0\u201cHollywood Raw Podcast\u00a0with\u00a0Dax Holt\u00a0and\u00a0Adam Glyn\u201d\u00a0<\/a>this week, in which she revealed her regret about being kept off the will.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething that is already getting twisted, which is annoying the absolute hell out of me, is that I said I regretted taking myself off the will. And to clarify, yeah, it\u2019s not about money, and I\u2019m so sick of people immediately becoming trolls and making it about that,\u201d she told us. <\/p>\n

Hulk \u2014 who died from a heart attack <\/a>at age 71 in July 2025 \u2014 left behind nearly $5 million in assets. <\/a><\/p>\n

While Brooke doesn\u2019t care about her father\u2019s fortune, she is asking for some meaningful family momentos.<\/p>\n

\u201cI asked for a couple things of my dad\u2019s. I asked my brother if I could have one of his crosses he wore,\u201d she told us. \u201cAnd it was like, \u2018Here\u2019s a pair of flip-flops and a couple T-shirts he never wore,\u2019 you know? So I had to go back and ask again.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s feeling more like a slap in the face as each day goes by,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Brooke \u2014 who has said she is not open to reconciling with her brother or mom, Linda<\/a>, noted that she has experienced \u201ca lot of bad\u201d with her immediate and extended family. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been tracing things back and, you know, having empathy for my mom and having empathy for my dad and their upbringings and, you know, trying to, at this point, be a cycle breaker and not participate in what doesn\u2019t feel true to me,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

Brooke added that she is holding herself accountable while also \u201cexpecting accountability from other people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aside from working on herself and launching her wine brand, Brooke is also creating new music. <\/p>\n

\u201cI just got back with my label\u2026We\u2019ve got a whole album loaded and ready to rock, and we\u2019ve been steadily releasing music,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s also starring in a new HGTV show, \u201cRock The Block,\u201d alongside Canadian entrepreneur, Scott McGillivray.<\/p>\n

Brooke has her hands full, juggling her bustling entertainment career with being a mom to her 1-year-old twins, Oliver and Molly<\/a>, whom she shares with husband Steven Oleksy.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201c[Steve is] the best dad that ever existed,\u201d Brooke gushed. \u201cHe runs circles around me\u2026I am so
lucky.\u201d<\/p>\n

She described the hockey player as the most \u201cloving, doting, wonderful husband.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cI think being a father has brought out an even better side of him,\u201d she said. \u201cI call him Saint Steven because he just is an absolute savior. He changed my life. He\u2019s just such a good guy.\u201d <\/p>\n
