{"id":612386,"date":"2026-04-18T12:42:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-18T12:42:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/612386\/"},"modified":"2026-04-18T12:42:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T12:42:11","slug":"four-arrested-after-two-youths-stabbed-in-aldergrove","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/612386\/","title":{"rendered":"Four arrested after two youths stabbed in Aldergrove"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>              Four arrested after two youths stabbed in Aldergrove<\/p>\n<p class=\"pubStamp\">Published 8:25 pm Friday, April 17, 2026<\/p>\n<p>At approximately 4:12 p.m. on April 17, Langley RCMP arrested three male youths and one male adult in connection with a stabbing incident earlier in the day in the 27200-block of Fraser Highway.<\/p>\n<p>The incident sent two youths to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The four individuals are to remain in custody while the investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they initially responded to a call at approximately 2:06 p.m. about a reported disturbance.<\/p>\n<p>When officers arrived, they found two youths suffering from stab wounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the moment this incident was reported, officers acted immediately to locate those responsible,\u201d said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom of Langley RCMP.<\/p>\n<p>Police vehicles were seen outside the 7-Eleven at 272 Street and Fraser Highway, where officers had taped off the area.<\/p>\n<p>Police called to Aldergrove 7-11 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Ze4c2xas5h\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/Ze4c2xas5h<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Langley Advance Times (@LangleyTimes) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LangleyTimes\/status\/2045270645077139857?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">April 17, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, April 16, there was another stabbing in Langley\u2019s Willowbrook neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p>RCMP said the two incidents are not connected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe recognize that two stabbing incidents occurring on consecutive days are understandably concerning for the community,\u201d said Sgt.
