Hydro website said the outage started just before 2 a.m. and the estimated time for power to be restored is 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>A vehicle incident in Colwood early Saturday morning downed a power pole, cutting electricity to over 400 customers for most of the day.<\/p>\n<p>The B.C. Emergency Health Services said one ambulance was called to the 2200 block of Sooke Road just after 2 a.m., after reports of a vehicle incident.<\/p>\n<p>No patients were transported to hospital, they said.<\/p>\n<p>A B.C.
