In this inaugural tour series, the Council on Vertical Urbanism’s Canada Office welcomes James Parakh, Urban Design Manager for Toronto & East York, to guide participants through the history, design, and ongoing evolution of the PATH network and Toronto’s broader pedestrian realm.<\/p>\n
Starting from City Hall’s public plaza, the tour traces how underground infrastructure, street-level design, and the spaces between buildings come together to define the experience of the city at ground level.
