The magazine profile kicked off by sharing some anecdotes and memories shared by some of her closest celebrity friends.<\/p>\n
First: Sandra Bullock<\/a>. They met at a wedding 15 years ago. Sandra said they eventually started \u201ctrading shots and notes.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe were just like, \u2018Oh my God, we need to meet and cut loose.\u2019 And we did,\u201d Sandra said, while Jennifer added, \u201cI don\u2019t know what I was sending her, but it was definitely stronger than what she was sending me.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandra added, \u201cWe were from that time in the business where no one wanted the ladies to be friends\u2014it was about pitting everyone against each other. We were told we weren\u2019t supposed to do that\u2014meaning like and respect and honor each other.\u201d<\/p>\n Another celeb friend? Gwyneth Paltrow<\/a>. And yes, they have talked about Brad Pitt<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cIronically, I went to her and Brad\u2019s engagement party,\u201d Jennifer said, referring to Brad Pitt. Jennifer added that they\u2019ve \u201cof course\u201d discussed Brad: \u201cHow can we not? We\u2019re girls.\u201d<\/p>\n Jennifer added, \u201cWe\u2019re always swapping advice\u2014\u2018What are you doing for this? What are you doing for that? Do you have a new doctor for that?\u2019\u2009\u201d<\/p>\n Another close friend is Jason Bateman<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jennifer said, \u201cSometimes you look back at the person you were in your 20s, and you don\u2019t recognize that person or those people around you\u2026. But we\u2019ve grown up together.\u201d <\/p>\n They have Sunday dinner with his wife Amanda and his kids, often along with Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> and his wife.<\/p>\n Another? Adam Sandler<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cAnything that happens in my life that he hears about, he\u2019s one of the first people that I hear from.
